Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

• Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Coordinate medication orders with pharmacy and doctors
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
• Ensure adherence to infection control and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for optimal resident outcomes
• Report changes in residents' conditions according to center policies

LPN Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Preferred two years of prior nursing experience
