Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the admission, discharge, and transfer of residents
• Work with pharmacies and physicians on medication orders
• Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor
• Ensure adherence to infection control and emergency protocols
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for patients
• Report any changes in the residents' health to the proper personnel

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license for the state of employment
• CPR certification required
• Preferably two years of prior nursing experience
