We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Overnight Supervisor to manage the delivery of top-quality care during night shifts. As the Overnight Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities while overseeing resident care through MDS, assessments, and care planning. Key Duties:

• Plan and implement nursing services for the unit.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Address and report staff complaints to the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure the unit maintains adequate supplies, equipment, and medications.
• Participate in assessments of resident needs.
• Delegate tasks to nursing and aide staff.
• Encourage staff training and development.

Required Qualifications:

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Two years of experience in direct care in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• One year of nursing supervisory experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Compliance with state licensing requirements and no disciplinary action against professional license.
