Core Responsibilities for RNs:

• Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Coordinate medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications in accordance with protocols
• Adhere to infection control, emergency, and other facility guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes
• Monitor and report any health changes in residents

Qualifications for Registered Nurses:

• Active RN license in the state
• CPR certification is a must
• Preferred: At least one year of nursing experience
