LPN Responsibilities:

• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Process medication requisitions with the pharmacy and physician
• Administer medications based on physician instructions
• Follow infection control and emergency protocols
• Collaborate with other team members to provide the best care for residents
• Report any changes in residents' conditions promptly

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of employment
• CPR certification is required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
