Maintenance Worker

The Maintenance Worker supports facility operations by performing repairs and maintenance on building systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine equipment and pinpoint repair needs.
• Investigate issues and plan repair solutions using blueprints or manuals.
• Perform basic repairs, including patching walls, painting, and fixing fixtures.
• Conduct regular maintenance on building systems.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and assist in its upkeep.
• Order and manage repair supplies as needed.
• Notify management of any safety concerns affecting staff or clients.
• Follow dress code and adjust to evolving tasks based on facility needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with power tools, cleaning equipment, and safety practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive attitude.
