Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:

• Help with the admission, discharge, and transfer of residents
• Process medication requests with the pharmacy and doctors
• Administer prescribed medications
• Ensure adherence to infection control and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
• Report any changes in residents’ health to the appropriate personnel

LPN Requirements:

• Valid LPN license from the state
• Current CPR certification
• Preferred: Two years of nursing experience
