Healthcare Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living and collaborating with the care team to ensure all care needs are met
• Assisting residents during meals
• Adhering to infection control measures and facility policies
• Measuring and recording vital signs such as height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
• Reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor promptly

Healthcare Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification as mandated by the state
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience is preferred but not required
