Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Work with pharmacies and physicians to process medication orders
• Administer prescribed medications
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions in accordance with center policies

LPN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of employment
• CPR certification required
• Preferred: Two years of nursing experience
