We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to work Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

As RN Unit Manager, you will ensure the provision of high-quality nursing care, supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing staff on the assigned unit. REGISTERED NURSE (RN) UNIT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report all allegations of mistreatment, neglect, or abuse, including unknown source injuries.
• Interpret facility policies and relevant state laws regarding nursing services.
• Participate in safety procedures and programs.
• Notify the ADON of nursing-related needs, activities, or concerns.
• Recommend the purchase of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Perform routine checks on timecards, staff, equipment, and supplies.
• Recommend personnel actions to the ADON and Director of Nursing.
• Assist in in-service education programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Investigate and resolve complaints.
• Charge the floor when the charge nurse is absent and provide support where needed.
