Personal Care Assistant (CNA) Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Address residents' specific needs based on their diagnoses.
• Report any signs of mistreatment or unexplained injuries.
• Document care accurately using our computerized medical records.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health to nursing staff.
• Promptly respond to resident requests.
• Provide post-mortem care as needed.
• Measure and document vital signs as required.
• Conduct regular rounds and maintain cleanliness in the unit.
• Facilitate resident participation in their chosen activities.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to navigate throughout the facility and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Capable of bending, lifting, and transporting equipment and residents.
• Familiarity with computerized medical record systems.

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Capacity for independent decision-making and effective teamwork.
