Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician handles a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to keep facilities and equipment functioning efficiently. Duties encompass plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry work.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inspect equipment and identify necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or structural problems using manuals or blueprints.
• Perform basic repair tasks like painting, drywall patching, and fixture adjustments.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure building systems operate smoothly.
• Assist in cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for maintenance needs.
• Communicate safety issues to management and adhere to company policies.
• Adapt to daily assignments and support facility needs as directed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Skilled in using tools and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
