Are you a meticulous multitasker? Then Uline is looking for you to join our corporate Facilities team as an Administrative Assistant! Support management and office operations as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.

Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to Uline’s Senior Operations Manager of Facilities as well as other department managers.
• Complete daily reporting and correspondence.
• Pull data and queries as well as prepare presentations.
• Manage travel arrangements for the Facilities Operations Team.
• Schedule and arrange department meetings, lunches and events.

Minimum Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
