Note: This is a 24/7 operation with multiple on-site shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and questions using advanced call center tools.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist users in navigating the Uline website and placing online orders.
• Gain deep product knowledge to quickly address questions about pricing, shipping, and features.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service is helpful, but not necessary—training is provided.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
