Responsibilities for LPNs:

• Overseeing the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinating medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
• Administering medications as per doctors' orders
• Following infection control, emergency procedures, and other policies as required
• Collaborating with the resident's care team to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Reporting changes in residents' conditions according to established protocols

Qualifications for LPNs:

• Active state-issued LPN license
• CPR certification required
• Preferred: Minimum of two years of nursing experience
