Certified Nursing Professional (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Managing admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Coordinating medication orders with pharmacies and healthcare providers
• Administering medications accurately
• Adhering to infection control and emergency protocols
• Working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best resident outcomes
• Reporting any significant changes in residents' conditions promptly

Certified Nursing Professional (LPN) Qualifications:

• Active LPN license from the State
• CPR Certification is required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
