Key Duties for Nurse Aide LPN:

• Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Coordinate medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer prescribed medications
• Follow infection control, emergency, and other relevant facility protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Identify and report any changes in resident conditions to the appropriate staff

Nurse Aide LPN Requirements:

• Valid LPN license from the state
• Current CPR certification required
• Prior nursing experience (2 years preferred)
