Our 258-bed facility is renowned throughout the Hudson Valley for exceptional subacute and long-term care. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions and $2,500 for part-time, paid out monthly!

Essential Duties of a Nursing Assistant (CNA):
Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, nutrition, hydration, mobility, feeding, toileting, grooming, and skin care
Provide care for residents with special needs (e.g., behavioral issues, splints)
Report any incidents of mistreatment, neglect, or abuse
Document resident care accurately in the computerized medical record system
Note changes in residents' conditions and report them to the LPN/RN
Answer call bells promptly and courteously
Assist in post-mortem care
Perform vital signs as directed
Maintain unit cleanliness and assist with assigned tasks
Ensure residents are dressed and ready for activities of their choice
Assist residents in participating in individual activities
Physical Requirements for a Nursing Assistant (CNA):
Ability to move throughout the entire unit
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 lbs
Must be able to lift, turn, and transport residents
Use of the computerized medical record system for documentation is required
