Responsibilities of Clinical Licensed Nurse (LPN) Include:

• Manage the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinate medication requests with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications as directed
• Follow infection control and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal resident care
• Report any changes in residents' conditions promptly to the appropriate personnel

Clinical Licensed Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state
• CPR certification is necessary
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
