Position Overview:

As LPN, you'll provide personalized nursing care under an RN's supervision while following best practices. This role allows you to collaborate with healthcare professionals and grow your expertise.

Shift Options:

• Full-time: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Part-time: 2x12-hour shifts

Key Duties:

• Administer medications safely and as directed.
• Educate patients about their medications and monitor effects.
• Maintain organized records of patient care and treatment progress.
• Observe detox symptoms and report any concerns.
• Conduct withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Nursing program graduate
• Active NY State Nursing License & Registration
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Two years of nursing experience (addiction treatment experience preferred)

• Excellent time management and critical thinking
