RN Clinical Supervisor

We are hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Overnight Supervisor to manage the delivery of high-quality nursing care. As the RN Overnight Supervisor, you will oversee the activities of the nursing staff on your unit while managing resident care through MDS, care planning, and assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct nursing services for residents on assigned units.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Address staff complaints and report to the Director of Nursing.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist in resident assessments and care planning.
• Assign nursing and aide duties to staff members.
• Promote staff participation in ongoing training programs.

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience in direct care, preferably in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a nursing supervisor.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must meet state licensing requirements and have no disciplinary actions on the professional license.
