As LPN, you are required to be licensed by the state, with a certification in CPR, and have at least two years of prior nursing experience preferred in the field. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team and be responsible for providing the best possible outcomes for residents and identifying any abnormal changes in their care

• The admissions process involves evaluating the medical and social needs of the residents and determining the appropriate type of care and services required
• Medication orders processed by pharmacists and physicians
• Medication administration
• The implementation of infection control measures, emergency procedures, and other center policies is mandatory
• It is necessary to collaborate with a resident's interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Healthcare professionals must maintain constant vigilance and use their clinical judgment to identify any abnormal signs or symptoms and report them immediately to the appropriate authorities for prompt action

LPNs must have a strong foundation in anatomy, pharmacology, medical terminology, and patient care:

• Becoming a licensed LPN involves obtaining a license from the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse is the preferred qualification for this position
