Location: 4125 W Sample Rd, Coconut Creek, FL 33073
Position: Patient Care Manager (RN) (Part-Time, Weekends Only: 7:00 pm - 3:00 am)

Position Summary:

As the Patient Care Manager (RN), you will lead the nursing program at our long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your focus will be on promoting quality care for residents and supervising nursing staff to maintain excellence in care delivery.

Key Duties:

• Direct and oversee nursing staff in quality assurance and utilization review functions.
• Assist with identifying and reducing clinical risks and ensuring patient safety.
• Communicate physician instructions regarding resident care and facilitate proper delegation of tasks.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor residents' health and evaluate the care provided.
• Participate in occurrence investigations and ensure timely reporting.
• Uphold infection control standards and manage biohazard waste procedures.

Requirements:

• Current R.N. license with experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Three years of nursing experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage nursing operations and collaborate with other departments.
