Responsibilities of the LPN:

• Managing the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinating medication requests with pharmacies and physicians
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Following established infection control procedures and emergency protocols
• Collaborating with the care team to achieve the best possible health outcomes for residents
• Notifying appropriate personnel of any changes in the resident's condition

Qualifications for the LPN:

• State-issued LPN license
• CPR certification required
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred
