Clinical Mental Health Therapist

We are an inpatient drug rehabilitation program looking for dedicated Mental Health Counselors with a Master's degree to join our team. Candidates must ensure compliance with OASAS inpatient rehab and detox regulations and meet all documentation deadlines.

As a counselor, you will manage a caseload of 8-10 clients, facilitating daily individual and group therapy sessions, conducting admission assessments, and handling case management and aftercare planning, as well as crisis interventions. Developing personalized treatment plans is also part of the job. Strong documentation skills and knowledge of OASAS regulations are preferred.

Work Schedule Options: You can opt for a 4-day or 5-day work week, including 1 day of virtual work-let's talk about your schedule preferences!

Qualifications Required:

• NYS Licensure (LMHC)
• NYS Limited Permit or Permit Eligible (MHC-LP)
