Clinic Nurse LPN

Primary Responsibilities for LPNs:

• Managing admissions, discharges, and resident transfers
• Coordinating medication administration with pharmacies and physicians
• Administering prescribed medications
• Adhering to all infection control, emergency procedures, and facility policies
• Collaborating with the resident's interdisciplinary care team
• Reporting changes in residents' conditions in compliance with facility policies

LPN Requirements:

• Must hold a valid LPN license from the state
• CPR certification is required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
