Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Process medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer prescribed medications
• Follow infection control, emergency, and other necessary procedures
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes
• Identify and report any health changes in residents according to policy

LPN Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid LPN license in the state
• CPR certification required
• Two years of previous nursing experience preferred
