Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
• Coordinate medication orders with pharmacies and medical professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications to residents.
• Comply with infection control practices, emergency procedures, and other facility policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Monitor and report any abnormal changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate personnel in accordance with policy.

Qualifications:

• A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state is required.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
• Previous nursing experience of two years is preferred.
