Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Process medication requisitions with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications according to prescribed orders
• Adhere to infection control and other protocols
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve the best outcomes for residents
• Report any abnormal changes in residents’ conditions as per policy

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of practice
• CPR certification required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
