Patient Care Supervisor RN

Key Duties:

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care on the assigned unit.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
• Address complaints and report concerns to the Director of Nursing.
• Maintain proper stock levels of medications and medical supplies.
• Assist in resident care planning and assessments.
• Assign duties to nursing and aide staff as necessary.
• Encourage staff involvement in educational programs and training.

Qualifications:

• A nursing degree from an accredited institution.
• Two years of experience in long-term care or similar settings.
• One year of nursing supervisory experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must meet state licensure requirements without disciplinary action on professional license.
