Uline is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our overnight crew in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll take charge of nightly warehouse activities that ensure timely and accurate delivery of over 40,000 products throughout North America. Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 PM – 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Direct all aspects of night shift operations including returns, receiving, restocks, transfers, and parcel freight.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team to meet Uline’s legendary service and safety standards.
• Optimize nightly workflows while ensuring quality control and process efficiency.

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous warehouse leadership experience required.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and systems highly preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS or performance metrics a strong asset.
