Role: Clinical Licensed Nurse (LPN)

Primary Duties:

• Oversee the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
• Handle medication requests with pharmacies and doctors.
• Administer prescribed medications.
• Follow infection control guidelines, emergency protocols, and other facility regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Monitor and report any abnormal changes in residents' health to the appropriate staff as per policy.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state.
• CPR certification is necessary.
• Two years of previous nursing experience is preferred.
