Schedule: On-site position in a 24/7 operational facility; multiple shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders and questions via phone, email, and live chat
• Guide customers through our website and online purchasing process
• Provide quick and confident answers about products, pricing, and shipping
• Use collaborative tools and systems in a modern call center environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required—we provide full training!
