Key Responsibilities of LPNs:

• Manage the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinate medication requisitions with pharmacies and healthcare providers
• Administer medications as instructed
• Follow infection control and emergency protocols
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes
• Identify and report any significant changes in residents' conditions according to center policy

LPN Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is required
• CPR certification is essential
• Two years of previous nursing experience preferred
