Key Responsibilities of LPNs:

• Oversee admissions, discharges, and resident transfers
• Handle medication requests with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications accurately
• Adhere to infection control and emergency protocols
• Collaborate with the resident's interdisciplinary team to ensure the best care outcomes
• Identify and communicate any abnormal changes in residents' conditions according to center policy

Qualifications for Clinic LPN:

• Must hold a valid state license as a Clinic LPN
• CPR certification is required
• Two years of previous nursing experience is preferred
