Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the admission, discharge, and transfer process for residents
• Work with pharmacy and physicians for medication orders
• Administer medications according to orders
• Follow all infection control and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for the best resident care
• Report any changes in the residents' health to the appropriate staff

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state
• CPR certification required
• Preferred: Two years of nursing experience
