CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs and collaborate with staff for effective care
• Support residents at mealtime
• Follow infection control guidelines and internal policies
• Record health stats like weight, temperature, and blood pressure
• Notify supervisors of any significant changes in residents’ health

CNA Requirements:

• State-approved CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
