Graduate Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities for LPNs:

• Overseeing the admission, discharge, and transfer processes for residents
• Managing medication orders with physicians and pharmacies
• Administering prescribed medications
• Following infection control, emergency procedures, and other facility policies
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal care outcomes
• Reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel in accordance with policies

LPN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state
• CPR certification required
• At least two years of nursing experience preferred
