Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:

• Oversee the admission, discharge, and transfer of residents
• Collaborate with pharmacy and physicians for medication requests
• Administer prescribed medications
• Follow infection control and emergency procedures
• Work alongside the interdisciplinary team for the best care outcomes
• Report any abnormal changes in residents’ health

LPN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license for the state of practice
• CPR certification required
• Preferred: Two years of nursing experience
