Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients/residents in need of long-term or rehabilitative care
• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for residents
• Follow the Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and sound nursing judgment in care delivery
• Implement and assess patient care plans, adjusting as necessary based on patient responses
• Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure quality care
• Assist in the formulation and evaluation of care standards
• Stay informed of documentation requirements and equipment use
• Ensure confidentiality and patient rights compliance
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Conduct yourself professionally in alignment with facility policies
• Work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of one year of medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute or long-term care setting
• Current RN license in the state(s) of practice
• Reliable transportation
