Surfpoint Recovery is dedicated to helping individuals struggling with substance and alcohol use disorders. Our goal is to provide high-quality care across all treatment stages, including detox, medication-assisted treatment, rehabilitation, and therapy. We're hiring LPNs to join our supportive team!

Your Role:

As LPN, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care under an RN's supervision. This is a great opportunity to develop your clinical skills in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Available Shifts:

• Full-time: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Part-time: 2x12-hour shifts

Responsibilities Include:

• Administer medications safely and as prescribed.
• Educate patients about medication use and monitor responses.
• Keep detailed documentation of admissions, discharges, and medical observations.
• Monitor detox progress and report concerns to the medical team.
• Conduct withdrawal assessments and track vital signs.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active NY State Nursing License & Registration
• CPR/BLS certification
• Two years of nursing experience (addiction treatment experience is a plus)

• Proficiency in computer applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving
