Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Managing the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinating medication requisitions with pharmacies and doctors
• Safely administering medications
• Adhering to infection control protocols and other facility policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal resident outcomes
• Promptly reporting abnormal changes in residents' conditions

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Active LPN license from the State
• CPR Certification required
• Preferably two years of nursing experience
