Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Manage the admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Collaborate with pharmacies and physicians for medication requests
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Adhere to infection control and emergency policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Report any significant changes in residents' conditions as per policy

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license from the state of employment
• CPR certification is required
• At least two years of nursing experience preferred
