Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:

• Handling admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Managing medication requisitions with pharmacies and physicians
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Adhering to infection control, emergency, and center policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
• Identifying and reporting any abnormal changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate personnel according to center policies

LPN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license from the state
• CPR certification required
• At least two years of prior nursing experience preferred
