Available Positions: Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
Shift Options: Evening (3 PM - 11 PM), Overnight (11 PM - 7 AM), and Weekend Shifts
Sign-On Bonuses:

• $7,500 for Full-Time Evening, Overnight, or Double Weekend Shifts
• $5,000 for other Full-Time Shifts
• $2,500 for Part-Time

Hourly Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00

LPN Responsibilities:

• Manage resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacies for medication requisitions
• Administer medications according to care plans
• Adhere to infection control and emergency policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of practice
• CPR Certification
• Two years of prior nursing experience preferred
