Mental Wellness Counselor

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

We are an inpatient drug treatment program looking for passionate and committed Masters-level Mental Health Counselors to become part of our team. Applicants must ensure compliance with OASAS Inpatient Rehab and Inpatient Detox Regulations and adhere to all documentation deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 8-10 clients
• Conduct daily individual & group counseling sessions
• Perform admission assessments, case management, and aftercare planning
• Provide crisis intervention
• Develop individualized treatment plans and counseling strategies
• Maintain strong documentation in alignment with OASAS regulations (preferred)

Schedule:

• Choose between a 4-day or 5-day work week
• One virtual workday available-let's discuss!

Requirements:

License/Certification:

• NYS Licensure (LMHC)
• NYS Limited Permit or Permit Eligible (MHC-LP)
